We have modified our cancellation policy for your winter holiday 2021
For all other periods the following conditions apply:
If you are unable to travel to our accommodation due to travel restrictions and/or regional closures due to the covid-19 emergency. We will refund or credit your deposit (30% deposit) for your next stay.
We would like to remind you to complete the cancellation cover provided. If you do not have a travel insurance cover and you have to cancel your booking, we have to charge you the cancellation costs listed and owed according to the contract. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Things can always turn out differently than expected and you can't go on your holiday. For example, you fall ill yourself, test positive for Covid-19 or have to go into quarantine because of a close relative? With the travel cancellation cover you are fully protected!

Check-in & Check-out
Prior to arrival we will send you a e-mail with access to our online pre-check in if you wish. If you prefer not to use the online service, we will be happy to offer the check in as usual. On request, your room card can be deposited.
This is in order to avoid unnecessary accumulations at the reception. You will have the possibility to measure your body temperature with a thermal scanner if required.
In order to ensure more time for a deep cleansing hygiene and good ventilation of the rooms, we ask our guests to check out within 10 am. Therefore we can guarantee the check-in from 5 pm.
Food & Beverages
This year a lot of things will probably change, old habits have to be rethought and changed. The regionality and seasonality of our products have always been a fundamental factor for us. Let's start living sustainability even better, freeing ourselves from the excesses of supply. This year there will be no salads at the buffet, but a served salad that changes every day made with fresh vegetables from our garden. In our dining room the minimum distance will be respected, the tables can be reserved and all meals will be served at the table. Also our room service will be at your disposal on request. The restaurant and bar will be open as usual and we recommend to book your table in advance.
Our team
Our team is continuously trained on how to implement these increased hygiene measures. All employees are checked for fever before starting work with a thermal scanner.
Guests
Weather mouth and nose protective masks have to be worn by our guests in public areas has not yet been defined. In any case, mouth and nose protection, disinfectant gel as well as disposable gloves are available to our guests.
Hygiene measures
We have implemented comprehensive guidelines to meet the highest hygiene standards in all areas of our hotel. Our employees are constantly trained to comply with these high standards and its correct implementation is monitored on a daily basis by an appointed member of staff. The recommendations of the WHO and state legislation are not only strictly followed, even additional measures are taken in consideration wherever we regard it as useful to protect our employees and guests:
Rooms
All rooms are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and treated with ozone and steam to ensure even better hygiene. On request, your room will not be entered and cleaned by the service staff during your stay.
Sauna & swimming pool & gym
The swimming pool is open for our guests. In order to assure health measures we only allow max. six people at the same time and the distance of 1 m has to be maintained.
Additionally, the Finish sauna can be booked in advance and only with family or room members.
Unfortunately, the steam bath, Vitarium and infrared sauna have to stay closed.
The gym will be open to our guests, of course all hygiene measures will be guaranteed.
Even with the status of an insider tip and so much nature, it is not always possible to avoid crowds of people completely, which is why we continue to think long and hard about how we can make your winter holiday adventurous and relaxing, but also safe and carefree, with and despite Corona.

We are doing everything we can to ensure you a relaxing time with us, by drawing strength from nature. Whether a walk in the woods, cycling or reading a good book. We especially recommend the balance hiking path and the Villabassa park, close to the hotel. In this particular situation it is more important than ever to recharge your batteries with new positive energies.
