 We strictly adhere to the recommendations of international and local health authorities (including the WHO). Our already strict hygiene protocols have been checked and adapted to the current situation. We have increased the frequency of all our cleaning processes, including disinfection throughout the hotel. Special cleaning methods are used for this. Creating special vacation moments for you and your loved ones remain our top priority as a host. Despite these new regulations, our team is excited to look after you with its usual warmth and competence during your stay with us.

Our booking conditions:

Cancellation policy for your summer holiday 2022:

Stays between the 1st of July till the 31st of August 2022 free cancellation up to 30 days prior arrival. 

  • For cancellations made between 30 days and 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit already paid, amounting to 30% of the total amount, will be retained as a cancellation fee and will not be refunded
  • For cancellations made between 13 days and 2 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total amount will be charged
  • For cancellations made after 2 days prior to arrival: at shorter notice, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

For all other periods the following conditions apply:

  • For cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be applied. The paid deposit of 30% will issued as a voucher, that can be redeemed within two years. 
  • For cancellations from 7 days to 2 days prior to arrival, the deposit already paid, amounting to 30% of the total amount, will be retained as a cancellation fee and will not be credited or refunded.
  • For cancellations made after 2 days prior to arrival: at shorter notice, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures100% of the total amount will be charged.

The cancellation policy replaces the right of withdrawal according to the European Union Consumer Directive.

To confirm the booking, 30% of the total amount will be charged as a deposit. The reservation will be confirmed after receipt of the deposit.

We would like to remind you to complete a cancellation cover. If you do not have a travel insurance cover and you must cancel your booking, we must charge you the cancellation costs listed and owed according to the contract. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Check-in & Check-out

Prior to arrival we will send you a e-mail with access to our online pre-check in if you wish. If you prefer not to use the online service, we will be happy to offer the check in as usual. On request, your room card can be deposited.
This is in order to avoid unnecessary accumulations at the reception. You will have the possibility to measure your body temperature with a thermal scanner if required.
In order to ensure more time for a deep cleansing hygiene and good ventilation of the rooms, we ask our guests to check out within 10 am. Therefore we can guarantee the check-in from 5 pm.

Food & Beverages

This year a lot of things will probably change, old habits have to be rethought and changed. The regionality and seasonality of our products have always been a fundamental factor for us. Let's start living sustainability even better, freeing ourselves from the excesses of supply. This year there will be no salads at the buffet, but a served salad that changes every day made with fresh vegetables from our garden. In our dining room the minimum distance will be respected, the tables can be reserved and all meals will be served at the table. Also our room service will be at your disposal on request. The restaurant and bar will be open as usual and we recommend to book your table in advance.

Our team

Our team is continuously trained on how to implement these increased hygiene measures. All employees are checked for fever before starting work with a thermal scanner.


Weather mouth and nose protective masks have to be worn by our guests in public areas has not yet been defined. In any case, mouth and nose protection, disinfectant gel as well as disposable gloves are available to our guests.

Hygiene measures

We have implemented comprehensive guidelines to meet the highest hygiene standards in all areas of our hotel. Our employees are constantly trained to comply with these high standards and its correct implementation is monitored on a daily basis by an appointed member of staff. The recommendations of the WHO and state legislation are not only strictly followed, even additional measures are taken in consideration wherever we regard it as useful to protect our employees and guests:

  • Warm hospitality without contact
  • Protection barrier at contact points for hygiene and safety, where necessary and prescribed
  • Hygiene and cleanliness in terms of disinfection will be intensified, public areas will be disinfected several times a day with antibacterial and antiviral products
  • Disinfectant dispenser at all access points where useful
  • The legally prescribed minimum distances will be monitored
  • The wearing of protection masks by employees will be in accordance with legal regulations
  • The room cards will be continuously disinfected
  • Disinfection of door handles, elevator buttons is going to be increased
  • All rooms will be ventilated well and frequently


All rooms are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and treated with ozone and steam to ensure even better hygiene. On request, your room will not be entered and cleaned by the service staff during your stay.

Sauna & swimming pool & gym

  • The indoor pool and saunas are only accessible with a Green Pass.
  • The finnish saunasteam bathvitariuminfra-red sauna and aromatic shower are on reservation.
  • The fitness room is available for use; of course, hygiene measures are observed.
  • In all areas, the two-metre distance must be respected, except for members of the same family or people staying in the same room.

Health measures winter 2021/22

Even with the status of an insider tip and so much nature, it is not always possible to avoid crowds of people completely, which is why we continue to think long and hard about how we can make your winter holiday adventurous and relaxing, but also safe and carefree, with and despite Corona.

For general protection we ask you always to observe the following basic rules and instructions

  • Keep distance (1 meter)
  • Wear a mask if the distance cannot be maintained
  • Wash and disinfect hands regularly
  • Information pillars & signposting
  • organised queuing areas

Package of measures for a safe winter holiday

  • In the entire ski area, as well as in the huts and mountain restaurants a minimum distance of 1 metre must be maintained.mund-nasen-schutz-kopie
  • In cable car cabins and during rides on chair lifts, as well as in ski buses (Salto) and all other public transport, a mouth and nose protector must always be worn.
  • A mouth and nose protector is obligatory in huts, mountain restaurants and in all premises of the ski area.
  • Wearing the mouth and nose protector in the designated places is obligatory and also supervised. 
  • The renewal of the cable car Sesto Monte Elmo has been brought forward and therefore it will be replaced aready this upcoming winter by the new Helmjet Sexten. The Premium 10-seater gondola offers sufficient space and triples the transport capacity.
  • Closed gondola lifts are only half occupied.

In the queue for the ski lift:

  • A queuing system has been set up for our main access points to avoid jostling and stressful situations. In addition, guidance systems reduce waiting times and crowding at the valley stations.  


  • At our cable car facilities and in the mountain restaurants we have installed sufficient hand disinfection facilities for you. 
  • Regular disinfection of all cable car cabins in the ski area. We use special cold fogging equipment to apply a long-lasting, floating droplet of fog. Within one minute, 99.99% of viruses, bacteria and spores on the treated surfaces are eliminated. The active ingredient leaves no residue after use, is 100% biodegradable, non-toxic, pH-neutral and skin and eye friendly.
  • In our ski rental and ski depots, but also, for example, in our toilet facilities and lift cabins, surface and air disinfection measures are carried out daily.
  • The 3 Zinnen AG intensifies various cleaning activities in a targeted manner. These apply, for example, to the cleaning and disinfection of the tables and bar area in our restaurants and huts, as well as to handrails, door handles and sanitary facilities.

In the restaurants:

  • All our food/drink menus are available on our website or directly in the mountain restaurants via QR code.


  • Our employees are continuously informed and educated about the current Covid-19 measures during internal trainings and wear a mouth and nose protector. In addition, the body temperature of all employees is measured daily before starting work.

Online reservations ski pass, ski rental and ski schools

Ski pass:

  • Ski pass service at the hotel: conveniently pre-order and pick up your ski pass at our reception!
  • Book your ski pass in advance and pick it up at any time at the "Ticket Box". You will find these collection boxes at the Punka Service Center and at the Helmjet Sexten and Croda Rossa ticket offices. Book your ticket

Ski rental:

  • Book your ski equipment in advance. It will be waiting for you when you arrive at the Rent & Go 3 Zinnen in the Service Centre Punka. Rent now!

Ski schools:

  • Book your ski lessons in advance and secure your place in smaller groups. Book your lesson

We are doing everything we can to ensure you a relaxing time with us, by drawing strength from nature. Whether a walk in the woods, cycling or reading a good book.  We especially recommend the balance hiking path and the Villabassa park, close to the hotel. In this particular situation it is more important than ever to recharge your batteries with new positive energies.
