Arrival

By foot, on two or four wheels?

The most convenient way to reach the Three Peaks is by shuttle bus number 444 from Toblach, which will take you to the Auronzo Hut. You can reserve and pay for the ticket online. If you are driving by car, there are toll fees to consider.

You can also reach the Auronzo Hut by bike and enjoy the unique panorama along the way - but be careful, we recommend the route from the Misurina junction for experienced cyclists!

Or you discover the Three Peaks in a gentle way - by foot. You can hike on one of the many trails around the Three Peaks and enjoy breathtaking views. Just ask us for more information!

Our recommendation

Through the Rienz Valley to the Drei Zinnen hut

The hike starts at the Drei Zinnen Viewpoint in Dobbiaco and leads through the Rienz Valley to the probably most famous peaks of the Dolomites, to the Drei Zinnen Hut there, from which you have an optimal view of the Drei Zinnen. This 3.5-hour hike is considered a challenging alternative route, but offers a special feature: At the beginning, you only see the peaks and you get closer and closer to them.
