The secret of the specialties from our kitchen? In our restaurant Adler Stube in Villabassa, healthy & freshly prepared delicacies are in the foreground - inspired by tradition. Helene Markart, head chef of the house, loves old, local recipes and is always creating something innovative, exciting and new. The foundation for this vital cuisine is fresh products from the region - eggs from the farmer next door, home-smoked bacon, seasonal organic vegetables from our garden. Because only those who cook with their hearts can look forward to fantastic food! Discover culture and tradition from the Dolomites and South Tyrol! Whether a candlelight dinner, Tyrolean evenings or a tasting menu. Helene Markart loves to create new culinary delicacies, depending on different seasons, like our “radicchio weeks” in February, local mushrooms in summer and the culinary “potato week” in autumn. We also produce our homemade pasta, dumplings, pastries and the typical apple strudel all year round. Please inform us about any allergies or food intolerances in advanced and we will be happy to cater your individual needs. Whether gluten-free, lactose-free or vegetarian, we will do everything possible to meet your expectations and go beyond!
What about the breakfast? Fragrant pastries, fresh juices, the finest fruit preserves from Alpe Pragas, local eggs and the farmer's bacon, South Tyrolean cheese from Braies and the Valle Aurina valley - here breakfast lovers will find everything they desire!
