Summer is full of colour, and this year's motto of the Südtiroler Gasthaus group is bringing this to the plate with light vegetarian summer dishes. The culinary weeks focus on healthy enjoyment and thus transform the summer lifestyle into culinary delights. Enjoy vegetarian delicacies prepared from South Tyrolean products fresh from the garden, ranging from various green vegetables and herbs. From Friday 24 June to Sunday 31 July, we welcome you in our inns.

South Tyrolean Inn beer “insriGs“
In keeping with the summer dishes, the innkeepers of the Südtiroler Gasthaus group serve a beer specially brewed for this occasion, the "insriGs" ‐ a strong, full-bodied march from the "Batzen Bräu" in Bolzano brewery.
The potato festival takes, from the 04th to the 30th September 2021 is an annual tradition, celebrating culinary specialities made of potatoes. This ingredient is strongly rooted in the local cuisine of Val Pusteria valley. The area offers ideal climatic conditions for growing this kind of vegetables, the potato has a long and important history in the South Tyrolean cuisine.
