Here you will find everything you need to know about your stay at the Hotel Adler in the Dolomites. From updated cancellation policies, information about online deposits, vouchers, online bookings and many more.


General Terms

Check in: from 14.00 hrs - Check out: by 10.00 hrs.

The prices are supposed per person and day and are valid for a minimum stay of 3 days. 
Full or half board starts with the evening meal on the day of your arrival. 
The accommodation as illustrated in the photographs are general examples and cannot be hold as contractually binding.
For “no-shows“ or early departures compensation as laid down in the legal regulations will be payable.

All prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax amounting to € 3,50 (for hotel guests) € 2,50 (for guests in the residence) per person/night (aged 14 and over).

Pets may only stay by prior arrangement - supplement per day € 20,00;


Cancellation conditions

Cancellation policy for your summer holiday 2024:

Stays between the 29th of June till the 7th of September 2024 free cancellation up to 30 days prior arrival and it will be issued a voucher for your next stay, valid for 12 months. The paid deposit will not be refunded.

  • For cancellations made between 30 days and 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit already paid, amounting to 30% of the total amount, will be retained as cancellation fee.
  • For cancellations made between 13 days and 2 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total amount will be charged
  • For cancellations made after 2 days prior to arrival: at shorter notice, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

For all other periods the following conditions apply:

  • For cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be applied. The paid deposit of 30% will be retained and you will receive a voucher for your next stay, valid for 12 months. The paid deposit will not be refunded.
  • For cancellations from 13 days to 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit already paid, amounting to 30% of the total amount, will be retained as a cancellation fee and will not be credited or refunded.
  • For cancellations made between 7 days and 2 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total amount will be charged.
  • For cancellations made after 2 days prior to arrival: at shorter notice, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures100% of the total amount will be charged.

The cancellation policy replaces the right of withdrawal according to the European Union Consumer Directive.

To confirm the booking, 30% of the total amount will be charged as a deposit. The reservation will be confirmed after receipt of the deposit.

We would like to remind you to complete a cancellation cover. If you do not have travel insurance cover and you must cancel your booking, we must charge you the cancellation costs listed and owed according to the contract. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Cancellation policy for your winter holiday 2024/25:

Stays between the 21st December and 6th January 2025, the 22nd January and 22th January 2025, the 22nd February and 08th March 2025 free cancellation up to 30 days prior arrival. 

  • For cancellations made between 30 days and 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit already paid, amounting to 30% of the total amount, will be retained and you will receive a voucher for your next stay, valid for 12 months.
  • For cancellations made between 13 days and 2 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total amount will be charged.
  • For cancellations made after 2 days prior to arrival: at shorter notice, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

For all other periods the following conditions apply:

  • For cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be applied. The paid deposit of 30% will be retained and you will receive a voucher for your next stay, valid for 12 months.
  • For cancellations from 7 days to 2 days prior to arrival, the deposit already paid, amounting to 30% of the total amount, will be retained as a cancellation fee and will not be credited or refunded.
  • For cancellations made after 2 days prior to arrival: at shorter notice, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures100% of the total amount will be charged.

The cancellation policy replaces the right of withdrawal according to the European Union Consumer Directive.

We highly recommend concluding a travel cancellation. If you do not have a travel insurance cover and you must cancel your booking, we must charge you the cancellation costs listed and owed according to the contract. We kindly ask for your understanding.

 


Cancellation conditions

of Contract according to Article 1341 ZGB (Civil Code), which are valid for agreements/contracts between the Hotel/guesthouse Hotel Adler – Villabassa and the guest and/or person, who makes the booking.

Cancellation requirements according to article 1382 ZGB (Civil code)

  • At least 21 Days before the agreed day of arrival of the guest(s), the hotel contract can be cancelled by the guest of the person who made the booking without a cancellation fee. The cancellation must be made in writing.
  • In the case of a cancellation by the guest or the person who made the booking, during the period between the 21st day of the agreed day of arrival and the actual day of arrival, the guest is liable for payment of the following cancellation fees:
  • Cancellation no later than 15 Days before the day of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price;
  • Cancellation no later than 8 days before the day of arrival: 60% of the agreed total price;
  • Cancellation of less than 8 days before the day of arrival: 70% of the agreed t5otal price.
  • The cancellation must be made in writing and must be received by the hotel no later than the above named dates (21. 15 or 8 days)before the agreed day of arrival of the guest(s)
  • If the booked rooms could not be let out to another person(s), the guest or the person who made the booking is liable to pay 70% of the total price.
  • The agreed price is the price, which was agreed for accommodation, catering and possibly other services.
  • If all booked rooms/beds cannot be let out to another person, the percentage of the agreed price relates only to the agreed price and not the booked rooms/beds.

Regulation in the case of early departure of the guest
 
In the case, that the guest(s) departs early, he/she/they is/are liable to pay the price for the actual stay, as well as 70% of the agreed price for the remaining services not used.


Group travel

People travelling as a group are those, who are regarded by the guest, as well as the hotelier as a unit.
A group is a tourist party with a minimum number of 25 People 
Not later than 30 days before the agreed day of arrival of the guests, the guest or the person, who made the booking must inform the hotelier in writing about the actual amount of guests arriving at the hotel/guesthouse.

If individual members of the tourist party or the entire tourist party cancel less than 30 days before the agreed day of arrival, pint 2 of the cancelation requirements will apply as listened above
