Helene Markart, chef and owner of the Hotel Adler, refines well-guarded recipes into ever new creations. Her passion and love for natural ingredients and her curiosity about old local recipes, is rooted in her childhood memories. She remembers with incredible fondness the smell of straw and the scent of juniper berries, from her childhood days on her parents' mountain farm. The secret behind the excellent cuisine at the Hotel and Restaurant Adler is therefore not only seasonal and natural ingredients from the region. It is above all the love and passion for cooking itself that defines Helene Markart.
